As we approach the end of another remarkable year, I want to take a moment to reflect on all that we’ve achieved together and share my deepest gratitude for the commitment and passion that each one of you has brought to our cricketing community.
2024 has been a year of growth, resilience, and achievement for Berkshire Cricket. Our teams have displayed skill and determination across all levels, from our youth players making their mark to our senior teams showing tremendous spirit and sportsmanship. The dedication from our coaching staff, volunteers, and support staff has been integral to the success we’ve enjoyed this year.
We’ve also made great strides in developing our pathways, supporting our local clubs, and nurturing young talent. The work we’ve done off the field, from strengthening community engagement to increasing participation, ensures that cricket in Berkshire continues to thrive for future generations.
However, it is the collective effort of the Berkshire Cricket family—players, coaches, staff, volunteers, supporters, and sponsors—that has truly defined this year. Your passion, hard work, and belief in what we’re building together make Berkshire Cricket a special place to be.
As we look ahead to 2025, there is much to be excited about. Our goals remain clear: to continue developing talent, enhance our community impact, and pursue excellence on the field. With your continued support, I am confident that Berkshire Cricket will continue to flourish and inspire future generations of cricketers.
