Mark started with Berkshire Cricket Board as their first ever ‘Community Coach’ in late 2004, moving onto Cricket Development Manager in 2006, and then Development Director in 2011 and now heads up the Foundation.  He has found the creation of the Foundation an interesting, challenging, and rewarding experience – and has benefitted from the advice and support of the Board of Trustees. Away from work Mark can be found watching his son play cricket, watching his beloved Wycombe Wanderers play football, and he occasionally manages to fit in a visit to a racecourse!
