Match Preview
The Women’s 1st Team will play our first Tier 3 home game of the season as Wiltshire visit us in the 50 over competition on Sunday 1st June.
Having had the last couple of weekends off, the side are looking forward to getting back into action. After 2 games, we currently sit 3rd in the table behind the two unbeaten sides Staffordshire & Devon. After a disappointing start in Devon where we lost by 4 wickets, the team delivered a strong performance at Hertfordshire bowling them out for 128 and knocking the total off in 24 overs for the loss of 4 wickets. Wiltshire have matched our results so far with a narrow win against Cheshire and a loss to league leaders Staffordshire.
