ECB has developed a new umpire course for everyone involved in and around cricket to have the opportunity to become a cricket umpire.
Parents, young leaders, volunteers, players and everyone in between have the opportunity to book on to the new look course.
The Umpire Course was developed to engage a new audience of umpires. It based on a blended learning concept with both an e-learning module and a practical face-to-face day.
As such it has been designed for those who want to start umpiring at entry-level competitions such as junior cricket, softball festivals and all social cricket.
Berkshire ACO will offer extension learning opportunities for those who wish to progress to officiating in local league cricket and beyond.
