BOYS JUNIOR PATHWAY OBSERVATIONS

THIS INFORMATION IS FORU10 – U12 (School Years 4,5,6 or 7 in September 2025)

 

From 2025 the Boys Talent Pathway will be split into two halves. Early engagement, serving our U10s to U12s programmes and U13 – U18 County Age Group & District Programmes.

Both programmes form part of our performance pathway are by invitation only.

This page contains more information on our Early Engagement Programme (Up to Year 7 at school in September 2025). If your son will be Year 8 or above in September 2025, please click here

To access our Early Engagement Programme, your son should attend our free observation dates in December. This is the primary entry point.

This observation is supplemented by other entry points, including:

  • Autumn Development Programme (More information below)
  • Street Programmes
  • Schools Festivals

We are now accepting expressions of interest for both our Autumn Development Programme and Early Engagement observations

Your child’s participation in the Berkshire Cricket Talent Pathway may go against allowances on your VISA regulations.
The Talent Pathway counts as a semi-professional organisation and to participate one of the following is required:
  • UK Passport
  • UK Citizenship
  • Leave to remain VISA
Some VISA’s have stipulations that don’t allow dependants to be part of professional/semi-professional pathways. If this affects your child please get in touch.
When you sign up to Talent Pathway training we will be asking whether you have the required documentation.  Any false information given will breach regulations, so please check your documentation if born outside of the UK.
