Girls U10-U18 Talent Pathway Expressions of Interest are now open

We are now accepting Expressions of Interest to access our Women’s Talent Pathway for 2025/2026.

Changes for 2025/2026:
The Pathway will now be split into two sections U10-U12 Cricket and U13-U18 Cricket.
Selection will take place in December 2025 with our Early Engagement Programme U10-U12 and U13-U18 County Age Group & District Cricket programmes starting in January 2026.
We will introduce a year-round Winter Training & Summer Matchplay District Cricket programme
An optional Autumn Development Programme will take place in October & November open to all to support player development at U10-U12 & U13-U18.

Observation Opportunities:
Attend our optional, paid for 6 Week Autumn Development Programme in October/November.
Attend our free, open to all observation sessions in December.

If your daughter was born after, 1st September 2013 (inclusive) please click here  to express your interest

This form will remain open throughout the summer and we will be in touch later in the summer, using the contact details you provided with sign up details to the relevant opportunities.

Your child’s participation in the Berkshire Cricket Talent Pathway may go against allowances on your VISA regulations.

The Talent Pathway counts as a semi-professional organisation and to participate one of the following is required:

  • UK Passport
  • UK Citizenship
  • Leave to remain VISA

Some VISA’s have stipulations that don’t allow dependants to be part of professional/semi-professional pathways. If this affects your child please get in touch.

When you sign up to Talent Pathway training we will be asking whether you have the required documentation.  Any false information given will breach regulations, so please check your documentation if born outside of the UK.
