Jayne Haines became Chair of Berkshire Cricket’s Board of Trustees in 2023 and brings a wealth of experience to the charity. She also serves on the ECB Recreational Game Committee and is a Board member of ACAS and Thame and District Housing Association. Formerly Chair of Women in Sport, she was awarded an MBE in 2021 for services to women’s sport. Jayne was a senior HR executive at GSK and Rio Tinto, where she led major cultural and organisational transformations. She is currently pursuing a PhD at King’s College London.
