Role: Head Coach
First Joined Berkshire: 2003
Favourite/Proudest Memory: Captaining Berkshire to Lord’s glory in 2011.
2026 Goal: Helping more players earn professional contracts and seeing the team succeed.
Cricketing Hero: Jacques Kallis – the greatest all-rounder ever to play the game.
One Thing to Change About Cricket: I wouldn’t have tea break and would allow bowlers to bowl as many bouncers as they like!
Fun Fact/Hidden Talent: I was a decent tennis player back in the day.
Favourite Quote/Motto: Carpe Diem.
