Early Engagement Phase – The Early Engagement Programme is an ECB led nationwide initiative to help counties diversify and expand the pool from which they identify talent for their respective pathways. The EEP programme will also provide opportunities for Summer match-play.

Early Engagement Programme (Jan-March) – is a paid programme designed to allow all at the appropriate stage of development to enter into our performance pathway, reducing barriers such as cost etc in order to ensure we are identifying the best talent. Bursaries are available through our hardship fund for those encountering financial barriers.

Summer – a paid match-play programme. Those invited in the winter (from trials) are automatically included in the summer programme.
