Berkshire Cricket Hosts Successful Partners Brunch
Berkshire Cricket was delighted to welcome a wide range of partners and supporters to Falkland Cricket Club for a special Partners Brunch held during the second day of the Men’s NCCA Cluberly Championship Western Division One match against Oxfordshire.
The event provided an opportunity to thank those whose continued support plays such an important role in the success and growth of cricket across the county. Guests included our commercial sponsors, player sponsors, affiliated clubs, host venues, trustees and valued partners who contribute to Berkshire Cricket throughout the season including our Friends oF Berkshire Cricket.
With refreshments available before the start of play, attendees enjoyed the opportunity to network, share ideas and strengthen relationships with fellow partners, alongside members of the Berkshire Cricket staff and Board of Trustees. It was also a chance to discuss the exciting opportunities ahead for the county game and celebrate the collaborative approach that underpins everything we do.
The Partners Brunch also provided the perfect opportunity to recognise the outstanding support of our Junior Pathway Sponsor, APC&C. As a token of our appreciation for their continued commitment to developing the next generation of Berkshire cricketers, the team was presented with a framed Berkshire shirt.
Our thanks go to Falkland Cricket Club for hosting the fixture and for providing an excellent venue for both the Championship match and our Partners Brunch. The setting offered the perfect backdrop for guests to enjoy high-quality NCCA cricket while catching up with friends and colleagues from across the Berkshire cricket community.
Partnerships remain at the heart of Berkshire Cricket. Whether through sponsorship, player sponsorship, hosting county fixtures, supporting the recreational game through our affiliated clubs, or helping to develop cricket across the county, every contribution makes a meaningful difference to our ability to provide opportunities for players of all ages and abilities.
Chief Executive Officer Mark Roche said: “Our Partners Brunch was a fantastic opportunity to bring together the people and organisations who make such a significant contribution to Berkshire Cricket. The support we receive from our sponsors, player sponsors, clubs, host venues, trustees and commercial partners enables us to continue investing in cricket across the county, from our junior pathway through to our senior representative teams. It was especially pleasing to recognise APC&C for their valued support of our Junior Pathway, and we thank every one of our partners for their continued commitment to Berkshire Cricket.”
We would like to thank everyone who attended the Partners Brunch and, more importantly, all of our partners for their ongoing commitment and support. We look forward to continuing to work together throughout the remainder of the season and beyond as we strive to make cricket in Berkshire stronger than ever.
