One Month to Go to Nominate for the 2026 Cricket Collective Awards
There is now just one month to go to nominate the volunteers, coaches, clubs and community champions who make cricket happen across Berkshire for the 2026 Cricket Collective Awards.
The Cricket Collective Awards are the ECB’s annual recognition programme, celebrating the outstanding individuals and organisations who go above and beyond to grow and support the recreational game. From inspiring coaches and dedicated grounds teams to volunteers creating welcoming environments and driving participation, the awards shine a spotlight on the people at the heart of cricket across the county.
Following another hugely successful awards programme in 2025, Berkshire Cricket is encouraging everyone involved in the game to take the opportunity to recognise someone who has made a real difference.

“Volunteers are the heartbeat of cricket across Berkshire, giving their time, energy and expertise to help clubs and communities thrive. The Cricket Collective Awards are a fantastic way to recognise the incredible people who work tirelessly behind the scenes and make such a positive difference to our game. With just one month to go, we want to encourage everyone to think about the people who deserve recognition and take the time to nominate them for a 2026 award.”
The 2026 awards will once again recognise achievements across a range of categories, including coaching, youth development, growing the women and girls’ game, innovation, community engagement, volunteering and lifetime achievement.
Award winners will receive county recognition and will be invited to attend a special celebration event at the Utilita Bowl on 24 September, where they will watch Hampshire take on Sussex. Winners will also be considered for the national ECB Cricket Collective Awards.
With just one month remaining, Berkshire Cricket is calling on clubs, leagues, schools, officials, volunteers and players to submit their nominations and help ensure the outstanding contributions taking place across the county are recognised and celebrated.
