Creating Belonging is the latest free learning opportunity for coaches
Berkshire coaches are being urged to take advantage of the latest free ECB micro-learning opportunity, with the second course in the new series, Creating Belonging, now available.
Launched by the ECB Coach Development team, the micro-learning series provides coaches with short, practical and relevant learning experiences that can be completed around existing coaching commitments – and all completely free of charge.

The latest course, Creating Belonging, is now available and provides coaches with practical ideas and approaches to help create environments where every player feels welcome, valued and able to contribute.
The course explores how coaches can build stronger relationships, create positive team environments and ensure players feel a genuine sense of belonging within their cricketing experience.
It is designed to provide ideas that coaches can take directly into their own sessions, making it a valuable resource for anyone looking to develop their coaching approach.

HAVE YOU COMPLETED THE FIRST COURSE?
The first module in the series, Neuroinclusive Coaching, has already been available for some time – but it is still free and available for coaches to complete.
The course helps coaches better understand how players think, learn and communicate, enabling them to adapt their coaching style and create more inclusive, supportive and effective environments.
Through videos, podcasts and real-life scenarios, coaches can explore strategies to:
- Strengthen relationships with players
- Support individual learning needs
- Enhance player development and performance
The module takes approximately 20 minutes to complete, making it an easy and manageable addition to your coaching development.
