MCC HUBS

What is MCC Foundation?

The MCC Foundation (MCCF) is the charitable arm of Marylebone Cricket Club: the world’s most active cricket club, owner of Lord’s cricket ground, and the guardian of the Laws of the game. We deliver projects across the UK and around the world, providing free coaching and match play to young people from under-served communities, empowering boys and girls to reach their full potential in the game.

What is an MCC Hub?

MCC run a nationwide network of Hubs empowering promising youngsters from under-served communities to develop their hard-ball skills, join cricket clubs and access the talent pathway. The Hubs help those who have been engaged through non-traditional formats or mass participation initiatives to transition into the formal cricketing structures and build a life-long love of the game.

  • An MCCF Hub is a free-to-access cricket training centre
  • Locations across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
  • Available to state school players aged 11-16
  • Offering opportunity to thousands of talented girls and boys each year
  • 10 weeks of high-quality hardball winter coaching
  • Experienced male and female coaches and mentors
  • Access to holistic support (known as our “Cricket+” programme)

– Supplementing development beyond cricket

– Supporting mental and physical wellbeing
