Coach Working Conditions Survey

Survey Introduction
You are invited to take part in this national coaching survey focused on improving working conditions and experiences of coaches across the United Kingdom. The purpose of this research is about reducing precarity, improving protection for coaches, increasing safety at work, and contributing to increased professionalisation of coaching.

This research is being conducted by a team of researchers from the Centre for Social Justice in Sport and Society at the Carnegie School of Sport, Leeds Beckett University and Women in Sport. This survey will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time or omit any question you prefer to not answer.

Whatever your coaching situation – whether you’re currently coaching or have recently left your coaching role (within the last five years) – we want to hear from you! This is your opportunity to share what it really means to be a coach and to have your voice heard. Your responses will help us gain insights into the realities of being a coach and will contribute to creating more supportive and sustainable working conditions and environments for coaches – supporting the drive to make coaching a profession and/or vocation that is more appealing to coaches.
