Berkshire Women begin their 2026 campaign with a pre-season double-header against Buckinghamshire Women at the stunning Wormsley Estate this Saturday. The fixture consists of two T20 matches and offers an exciting opportunity for the squad to build momentum ahead of the competitive season.
We have named a 16-player squad for the day which includes some returning players, some exciting new additions as well as some young talent. The squad includes no less than 10 players who are still eligible to represent our pathway sides this summer.
Izzy Storrar (Captain)
Fiza Asif Iqbal
Naaz Asif Iqbal
Lily Bowlby
Molly Bulteel
Poppy Camplin
Shayna Chikhlia
Yasmin Daswani
Iqraa Hussain
Freya Johnson
Ruhi Kashyap
Emma MacEwen
Noa Mais
Tanvi Ravikumar
Immi Storrar
Emily Wilson
Among our new additions is Yasmin Daswani a wicket keeper batter, who joins the side having previously featured for Essex before their transition to Tier 1 status. Yasmin is also a Hong Kong international who has spent the winter playing for Hong Kong.
Another new arrival is batting all-rounder, Noa Mais. Noa progressed through the Hampshire pathway and is currently involved in the Netherlands Women’s squad as they prepare for a World Cup appearance in England this summer.
Our third addition in action this weekend is left arm seamer Emily Wilson. Emily is still a Hampshire pathway cricketer and also brings Tier 3 experience having representing Hertfordshire Women last summer.
There is also a welcome return to the side for Molly Bulteel, who missed the entirety of the 2025 summer through injury. A member of the Vipers Academy, Molly is capable of bowling at high pace and will present a real challenge for batters this summer in Tier 3 cricket and we look forward to seeing her back on the pitch.
Bucks present a good early season challenge as the beaten finalists in the Tier 3 T20 competition and have made a number of new additions to the squad during the off season.
Having added a number of high-quality options to the squad the fixture offers an opportunity for all the players in the squad to stake their claim for a place in the squad as we build match readiness. The opportunity to play at a ground as spectacular as Wormsley is also a real privilege and the girls can’t wait to get going.
