James is Deputy Head at Eton College, where he leads on character education, safeguarding and behaviour. An experienced school governor across both state and independent sectors for over a decade, he has been involved in cricket as a player, coach and administrator. He has a particular interest in nurturing a love of the game in the next generation and will support our Talent Pathway work.
