Susannah is the Headteacher of two schools in Reading, including one she founded in 2011 and led to becoming the first outstanding free school in the country, a judgement reconfirmed in 2024. She brings extensive safeguarding and governance experience and is a strong advocate for grassroots sport and equality of access. Susannah joins our Nominations Committee and will strengthen our safeguarding and inclusion focus.
