Toby joins the Board bringing senior commercial leadership experience alongside a lifelong passion for the game. He has held senior roles at Nestlé, Heineken and Greencore and is currently Commercial Director at Europe Snacks. Having played high level club cricket in both Hampshire and Berkshire, including representative level, Toby is passionate about developing talent and supporting the future of cricket across the county. He will support our Talent Pathway work.
