Mandy is the Managing Director and Founder of LiveTourism, a sports and tourism consultancy established in 2003. She has worked extensively with National Governing Bodies, helping to develop strategies that enhance customer and supporter experience across sport and tourism.
Her major projects include leading on accessibility and inclusivity for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well as shaping the strategic direction of the customer and supporter experience for organisations such as the Premier League, the England and Wales Cricket Board, and the Racecourse Association between 2009 and 2021.
Passionate about developing the next generation, Mandy mentor’s young women in sport, serves as Board Lead for Communications, and sits on the Nominations Committee. Outside of her professional work, she is a keen amateur rower, a former junior rowing coach, and a Patron of Reading Football Club.
