Berkshire Ready to Host NCCA T20 Super 12s

Berkshire will welcome some of the country’s leading National Counties sides to Wargrave Cricket Club on Sunday as they host one of four Super 12 venues in this season’s National Counties T20 competition.

After topping Group Three, Berkshire earned the right to host the next stage of the competition and go straight into the afternoon final at their venue. The new Super 12 format sees the group winners rewarded with a bye into the second match of the day, where they will face the winners of the morning eliminator.

At Wargrave, Cornwall and Suffolk will meet in the eliminator at 11:00am, with the winners progressing to face Berkshire in the venue final at 3:00pm. The winner of the afternoon fixture will secure a place at the National Counties T20 Finals Day at Wormsley later this month.

Rhys Lewis will captain Berkshire for the Super 12s, leading a talented squad that has impressed throughout the T20 campaign.
