Shristi is not the only player with Berkshire connects to have been selected for the England U19 World Cup squad.

Eliza Bristowe has spent the past two seasons, on loan with Berkshire Women’s 1st XI from Hampshire gaining valuable senior cricket experience and contributing to the side’s success during her loan spell.

Berkshire Women’s Talent Pathway Lead Tom Jackson said:

“We are incredibly proud of Shristi and everything she has achieved so far. She has worked incredibly hard to put herself in this position and has continued to challenge herself at every opportunity.

While Eliza’s time on loan with us was brief, following her rapid development and signing a professional contract, she played an important role in our 2025 success helping to secure the inaugural 50 over title. She is an incredible competitor and we look forward to watching her journey”

Everyone at Berkshire Cricket would like to congratulate Shristi Patil and Eliza Bristowe on their selection and wish them every success for the winter!
