Have Your Say – Vote in the Cricket Collective Champion Award
Voting is now open for the Cricket Collective Champion Award 2026, and we are encouraging everyone across Berkshire to take a few minutes to support and recognise the volunteers who make cricket happen across England and Wales.
The Cricket Collective Awards celebrate the thousands of volunteers who give their time, energy and passion to support clubs and communities. From coaches, scorers and administrators to grounds teams, club volunteers and those creating opportunities for more people to get involved, their contribution is at the heart of recreational cricket.
There are no Berkshire representatives on this year’s shortlist for the Cricket Collective Champion Award, but that should not stop us from getting behind the awards and celebrating the incredible contribution made by volunteers across our game.
For the first time, the public has the opportunity to vote for the individual they believe deserves to be recognised as the Cricket Collective Champion 2026. The award celebrates someone who goes above and beyond to support the volunteers around them, whether that is by recruiting and encouraging new volunteers, championing the work of others, providing guidance and support, or helping to create a welcoming and inclusive cricket environment.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of cricket, and the work they do every week helps clubs to provide opportunities for players of all ages and abilities.
We would encourage everyone involved in Berkshire Cricket to get behind the Cricket Collective Awards, review the shortlisted nominees and cast your vote.
Voting closes at 11:59pm on Monday 26 October 2026.
