100 Matches and Counting: Dave ‘Niners’ Graham’s Incredible Berkshire Support
Berkshire Cricket has some fantastic supporters, but few can match the commitment of Dave Graham, affectionately known as ‘Niners’ thanks to his support of the San Francisco 49ers.
Dave has achieved a remarkable milestone by attending 100 consecutive scheduled Berkshire matches – an incredible run that has included everything from county fixtures to matches that were ultimately washed out, including the T20 Finals at Chester.
With travelling distances, club commitments, family life and holidays making it almost impossible to attend every fixture, Dave’s achievement is a testament to his incredible dedication to Berkshire Cricket.
Dave’s 100-match milestone was celebrated at this week’s game against Wiltshire at Henley with a special cake baked by Anthea Heslop – a fitting way to mark an extraordinary achievement.
And his support goes even further. Dave is also a player sponsor this season, backing Berkshire all-rounder Sully Akhtar.
