Last Chance to Nominate for the 2026 Cricket Collective Awards
There are just days left to nominate the volunteers, coaches, clubs and community champions who make cricket happen across Berkshire for the 2026 Cricket Collective Awards.
Nominations close on Monday 31 August, so now is the time to make sure the people who give their time, energy and expertise to support cricket across the county get the recognition they deserve.
The Cricket Collective Awards are the ECB’s annual recognition programme, celebrating the outstanding individuals and organisations who go above and beyond to grow and support the recreational game. From inspiring coaches and dedicated grounds teams to volunteers creating welcoming environments and driving participation, the awards shine a spotlight on the people at the heart of cricket.
The 2026 awards will recognise achievements across a range of categories, including coaching, youth development, growing the women and girls’ game, innovation, community engagement, volunteering and lifetime achievement.

“This is the last chance to recognise the people who make such a difference to cricket across Berkshire. There are so many volunteers, coaches and community champions who give their time week after week to help our clubs and the wider game thrive. If someone has made a positive impact this year, please take a few minutes to nominate them before nominations close on 31 August.”
Award winners will receive county recognition and will be invited to attend a special celebration event at the Utilita Bowl on 24 September, where they will watch Hampshire take on Sussex. Winners will also be considered for the national ECB Cricket Collective Awards.
